What makes you different?

Whatever the event, whatever the occasion, The Beer Map is committed to providing the right service for you. We want to everyone to have fun and try things they haven't tried. We can tailor our products to each individual event as well! We are always friendly, always down to earth and will make sure we do whatever we can to help.

 

Are you licensed?

Yes here at The Beer Map we are fully licensed and insured. We have a personal alcohol licence and can organise a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) if your event is somewhere that doesn't have a premises licence

What areas do you cover?

We are based around the Hertfordshire area and generally operate within a 50 mile radius as a guide. However this is not definitive so do ask us even if your event is further!

What do you supply?

We supply everything required to run a mobile bar, stall or beer tent. All stock, bars, electrical items, glassware, gazebo, staff... whatever the event, whatever the occasion we offer a professional, friendly, reliable service.

Do you have gluten free or vegan beers?

We can tell you which of our beers are vegan, there will always be some! We cannot guarantee that we will have gluten free beers on a particular day as our selection changes, however if this is a requirement do let us know and we will make sure we have some in stock.

Do you take card payments?

Provided there is a good wifi connection or strong 3g signal we can take card payments for all our events.

Is there a minimum spend or number of guests for bar hire?

The Beer Map supply a minimum of 2 members of staff for a mobile bar hire. For events with under 60 guests we ask for a one off payment of £50 per staff member. We do not have a minimum spend for our bar hire.
